7.81.إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِّن دُونِ النِّسَاء بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّسْرِفُونَ

7.81. Vous vous obstinez à assouvir vos désirs charnels sur les hommes, plutôt que sur les femmes ! N'est-ce pas là l'œuvre d'un peuple pervers?»

7.81 . Lo! ye come with lust unto men instead of women . Nay , but ye , are wanton folk .

7.81. Innakum lata/toona alrrijala shahwatan min dooni alnnisa-i bal antum qawmun musrifoona

7.82.وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ أَخْرِجُوهُم مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ

7.82. Mais, pour toute réponse, son peuple s'écria : «Bannissez de votre cité ces faux puritains ! Nous n'en avons que faire !»

7.82 . And the answer of his people was only that they said ( one to another ) : Turn them out of your township . They are folk , forsooth , who keep pure .

7.82. Wama kana jawaba qawmihi illa an qaloo akhrijoohum min qaryatikum innahum onasun yatatahharoona

7.83.فَأَنجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلاَّ امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ

7.83. Cependant, Nous sauvâmes Loth et les siens, excepté sa femme qui eut le même sort que ceux qui devaient périr.

7.83 . And We rescued him and his household , save his wife , who was of those who stayed behind .

7.83. Faanjaynahu waahlahu illa imraatahu kanat mina alghabireena

7.84.وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَراً فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ

7.84. Nous fîmes tomber sur eux une pluie de pierres d'argile. Observe comment finissent les criminels !

7.84 . And We rained a rain upon them . See now the nature of the consequence for evil doers!

7.84. Waamtarna AAalayhim mataran faonthur kayfa kana AAaqibatu almujrimeena

7.85.وَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْباً قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَأَوْفُواْ الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَلاَ تَبْخَسُواْ النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءهُمْ وَلاَ تُفْسِدُواْ فِي الأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاَحِهَا ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

7.85. Aux habitants de Madyan fut envoyé leur frère Shu`ayb. «Ô mon peuple, leur dit-il, adorez Dieu ! Il n'y a pour vous d'autre divinité que Lui. Votre Seigneur vous envoie un signe irréfutable. Donnez bon poids et juste mesure ! Ne frustrez pas les gens de leurs biens ! Ne semez pas le désordre sur la Terre après que l'ordre y a été établi ! Cela vous sera profitable, si vous avez la foi.

7.85 . And unto Midian ( We sent ) their brother , Shueyb . He said : O my people! Serve Allah . Ye have no other God save Him . Lo! a clear proof hath come unto you from your Lord ; so give full measure and full weight and wrong not mankind in their goods , and work not confusion in the earth after the fair ordering thereof . That will be better for you , if ye are believers .

7.85. Wa-ila madyana akhahum shuAAayban qala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha ma lakum min ilahin ghayruhu qad jaatkum bayyinatun min rabbikum faawfoo alkayla waalmeezana wala tabkhasoo alnnasa ashyaahum wala tufsidoo fee al-ardi baAAda islahiha thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntum mu/mineena
