56.16.مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَيْهَا مُتَقَابِلِينَ

56.16. accoudés face à face,

56.16 . Reclining therein face to face .

56.16. Muttaki-eena AAalayha mutaqabileena

56.17.يَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَانٌ مُّخَلَّدُونَ

56.17. pendant que, parmi eux, circuleront des éphèbes d'une éternelle jeunesse,

56.17 . There wait on them immortal youths

56.17. Yatoofu AAalayhim wildanun mukhalladoona

56.18.بِأَكْوَابٍ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍ

56.18. avec des calices, des aiguières et des coupes remplis d'une liqueur exquise,

56.18 . With bowls and ewers and a cup from a pure spring

56.18. Bi-akwabin waabareeqa waka/sin min maAAeenin

56.19.لَا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ

56.19. dont ils ne seront ni déprimés ni enivrés.

56.19 . Wherefrom they get no aching of the head nor any madness ,

56.19. La yusaddaAAoona AAanha wala yunzifoona

56.20.وَفَاكِهَةٍ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ

56.20. Et on leur servira au choix toutes sortes de fruits,

56.20 . And fruit that they prefer

56.20. Wafakihatin mimma yatakhayyaroona
