3.106.يَوْمَ تَبْيَضُّ وُجُوهٌ وَتَسْوَدُّ وُجُوهٌ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ اسْوَدَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ أَكْفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَانِكُمْ فَذُوقُواْ الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ

3.106. Un jour viendra où certains visages seront tout illuminés de bonheur, tandis que d'autres seront tout assombris d'horreur. Ce jour-là, il sera dit à ces derniers : «N'est-ce pas vous qui, après avoir cru, avez rejeté la foi? Goûtez donc ces tourments pour prix de vos reniements !»

3.106 . On the day when ( some ) faces will be whitened and ( some ) faces will be blackened ; and as for those whose faces have been blackened , it will be said unto them : Disbelieved ye after your ( profession of ) belief? Then taste the punishment for that ye disbelieved .

3.106. Yawma tabyaddu wujoohun wataswaddu wujoohun faamma allatheena iswaddat wujoohuhum akafartum baAAda eemanikum fathooqoo alAAathaba bima kuntum takfuroona

3.107.وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ ابْيَضَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ فَفِي رَحْمَةِ اللّهِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

3.107. Quant à ceux qui ont un visage rayonnant de bonheur, ceux-là seront pour l'éternité reçus en la grâce du Seigneur.

3.107 . As for those whose faces have been whitened , Lo! in the mercy of Allah they dwell for ever .

3.107. Waamma allatheena ibyaddat wujoohuhum fafee rahmati Allahi hum feeha khalidoona

3.108.تِلْكَ آيَاتُ اللّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَمَا اللّهُ يُرِيدُ ظُلْماً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ

3.108. Tels sont les signes de Dieu que Nous t'exposons en toute vérité, car Dieu n'a nullement l'intention de faire injustice aux hommes.

3.108 . These are revelations of Allah . We recite them unto thee in truth . Allah willeth no injustice to ( His ) creatures .

3.108. Tilka ayatu Allahi natlooha AAalayka bialhaqqi wama Allahu yureedu thulman lilAAalameena

3.109.وَلِلّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَإِلَى اللّهِ تُرْجَعُ الأُمُورُ

3.109. C'est à Dieu qu'appartient tout ce qui est dans les Cieux et sur la Terre et c'est à Lui que tout fera retour.

3.109 . Unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth ; and unto Allah all things are returned .

3.109. Walillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee al-ardi wa-ila Allahi turjaAAu al-omooru

3.110.كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَلَوْ آمَنَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ لَكَانَ خَيْراً لَّهُم مِّنْهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

3.110. Vous êtes la meilleure communauté qui ait jamais été donnée comme exemple aux hommes. En effet, vous recommandez le Bien, vous interdisez le Mal et vous croyez en Dieu. Si les gens des Écritures voulaient croire, cela ne tournerait qu'à leur avantage. Mais il y a parmi eux si peu de croyants, alors que la plupart d'entre eux sont des pervers.

3.110 . Ye are the best community that hath been raised up for mankind . Ye enjoin right conduct and forbid indecency ; and ye believe in Allah . And if the People of the Scripture had believed it had been better for them . Some of them are believers ; but most of them are evil livers .

3.110. Kuntum khayra ommatin okhrijat lilnnasi ta/muroona bialmaAAroofi watanhawna AAani almunkari watu/minoona biAllahi walaw amana ahlu alkitabi lakana khayran lahum minhumu almu/minoona waaktharuhumu alfasiqoona
