The Moroccan Front for Supporting Palestine and Opposing Normalization will commemorate the seventy-seventh anniversary of the Nakba of the Palestinian people on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The commemoration includes a national call for sit-ins and marches across various regions of Morocco, reaffirming «the ongoing popular solidarity with Palestine and rejecting official normalization with the Zionist state».

In a statement, the Front declared that the «1948 Nakba has not ended; rather, its chapters are being renewed today through ongoing genocide, ethnic cleansing, forced displacement, and the confiscation of Palestinian lands». This is in addition to the «repeated incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the continued plight of refugees and prisoners».

The Front affirmed its support for the Palestinian resistance «until victory is achieved», and unequivocally rejected official normalization, «with a renewed determination to overturn and criminalize it».
